My name is Franco Alapatt, Founder of The Microfiber Shop, which includes subsidiaries Poshlyf Private Limited,Value Added Tyre Solutions Pvt. Ltd, MenzaPro Car Care, MenzaPro Custom Painting, MenzaPro Detailer Academy. Lesly George, co-founder of the company is a car aficionado, she helps negotiating with our suppliers and keep prices real value for money for all detailers.
Our first step towards car polishing
When I originally created The Microfiber Shop, the goal was to create an auto detailing supply company that focused on a very high level of quality and professionalism for the most discerning auto enthusiast. With that in mind, The Microfiber Shop quickly became The “GO-TO” Detailing Supply Company in the country, and also gained the highest level of respect within the worldwide detailing community.
Dedication and Professionalism
Because of the reputation & goodwill that we had established, and the level of professionalism that we continually exhibited in our work, we are regularly contacted by detailing chemical and tool manufacturers for help with product testing, development, evaluation, and consultation. All of this time spent on testing and development gave us a massive advantage in the marketplace because we had a much better understanding of individual products, and a better hands-on knowledge base to work with. This knowledge on products, tools, and techniques also spawned the establishment of our Detailer Academy where professional detailers come to learn much more about the trade

So for a natural evolution and progression of the business that we had been growing, it only made sense for us to take all of that product knowledge and relationships we had made with the manufacturers, and create The Microfiber Shop. Since we were constantly being contacted by professional detailers and detailing enthusiasts worldwide for product information and recommendations, why not create an online shopping site where people can easily purchase the products that have been proven the best in the industry.

The reason for this is simple…we wanted to focus on products that work extremely well, products that are easy to use, and products that may be difficult to get through the traditional resellers.
